Taking Care of the Inner Pillow
To wash the inner pillow, you'll take the CBD-infused cover off, and using a safety pin, close the shell's zipper securely to ensure the filling doesn't fall out when you wash it.
Wash the inner pillow in the washing machine on the delicate cycle in cold water. Again, don't use bleach or fabric softener. Air dry for a minimum of 24 hours, or you can tumble dry it on low until you completely dry the inner material.

To achieve your desired firmness level, you simply unzip the cover, and take out a certain amount of fill. There are basically three choices:
