Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within one week.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable) - We only exchange pillows if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your CBD Pillow, start the returns process and let us know why.
Gifts - If your CBD Pillow was purchased for you as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver directly (refund to the method of payment used to make the purchase).
Return Shipping - All returns must be shipped by you to our factory in California. To receive an RMA and shipping address, please visit our returns center and begin the returns process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue a refund unless we receive your return.
