You don't need a pillowcase for your CBD Pillow, but if you find the CBD to be too potent, a pillowcase can be used to dampen the effects.

• Machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Air dry.

* Please note that in order to maintain the integrity of the CBD dosage, we do not recommend washing your pillow cover more than once every two weeks.

Care of Your Inner Pillow:

• To wash, remove the CBD infused cover, and secure the inner shell's zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure fill doesn't spill while washing.
• Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
• To dry: air dry for at least 24 hours, or tumble dry on low until the inner material is completely dry.
