Yes, you can machine wash the pillow, but you must air dry it. There's specific washing instructions contained in the product tabs above. The amount of CBD left after washing depends on how often you use your pillow and how often you wash it. But our testing shows that even after 30 washes, the CBD Pillow still contained up to 20% of the original CBD dosage. 

That's up to you, and depends on your tolerance level for CBD. You can use the CBD Pillow every night, or you can only use it on occasion, when you're having difficulty sleeping and just need to relax.
